You can download the Eleos browser extension here.

If you are using the Microsoft Edge browser, please select the blue Get Extension button on the top of your screen to install the extension. I've also attached a video in case this is helpful!

Once you have installed the extension, simply open the extension and click Log In. This will load the extension in your browser for use on Service Notes in SmartCare.
